Being a 110 year old company has its challenges, and although Corliss Resources is a prominent regional supplier of gravel and landscaping, its brand, website, and marketing was painfully outdated.
We worked with Corliss’s leadership team to establish the priority among their many divisions including aggregate, landscaping, as well as property management, and built value and messaging around each. We then developed (among other things) a comprehensive website to not only serve as a strong virtual sales and CRM tool for its materials team, but also tell the Corliss family’s story to reinforce trust and credibility when communicating to the broader community.
Timing couldn’t have been more perfect as the new website and digital marketing plan rolled out within days of the COVID-19 outbreak, much to the leadership team’s relief. They gladly note that it would have been disastrous had they not taken the steps to evolve into the virtual world when they did.
