Celebrate National You're Welcome Day (right after Thanksgiving)
DearMrs. Etiquette: Good etiquette is the most important thing so I constantly tell people how to behave properly, which I am sure they appreciate. One forsaken social grace gives me daily distress: not responding “you’re welcome” to an appreciative “thank you.” Won’t you help me resurrect this pleasantry?
Dear Distressed: It’s nice to be nice, and that goes for telling people their business all the time too. I’ll give you a National You’re Welcome Day if you give everybody around you a break. You’re all welcome.
